Communication information: When you use Rank The Court messaging, feedback, buddy, or support features, we may process information you submit through those features.

Consent information: We may maintain records showing whether and when you:

• Confirmed that you are at least 18 years old;
• Accepted our Terms of Service;
• Accepted our Privacy Policy;
• Accepted a particular version of these policies.

Technical information: Our hosting, authentication, database, security, analytics, or infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as device information, browser information, IP address, timestamps, authentication events, and security logs.

Certain player information is intended to be visible to other Rank The Court users where necessary for the service to function.

Depending on the feature, this may include information such as:

• Display name
• Profile photo
• General city or region
• Skill level or division
• League membership
• Ranking
• Match record
• Preferred courts
• General availability
• Buddy preferences

Rank The Court should not publicly display a user's authentication credentials.

Rank The Court may collect general location information such as city, region, and preferred courts.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary precise residential addresses or other sensitive location information in public-facing profile fields.

Rank The Court may store messages sent through platform messaging features so that conversations can be delivered and displayed to participants and, where appropriate, reviewed for support, safety, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.

Rank The Court may send transactional or service-related communications including:

• Account-related messages;
• Match and challenge notifications;
• Message notifications;
• League registration announcements;
• Season reminders;
• Important service or policy updates.

Where required or appropriate, users may be given controls over optional communications.

Rank The Court uses third-party service providers to operate portions of the service.

These providers may process information on our behalf for functions such as:

• Hosting
• Databases
• Authentication
• Email delivery
• Infrastructure

• Analytics

We only share information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service or as otherwise described in this Policy.

If you choose to authenticate using Google, Rank The Court may receive account information authorized through the Google authentication process, such as your email address, name, and profile image.

Rank The Court does not receive your Google account password.

Rank The Court uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect user information.

However, no internet-based service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

We may retain account and platform information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for legitimate operational, security, dispute-resolution, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

Some information may be retained in backups or records where reasonably necessary.

Users may request deletion of their Rank The Court account by contacting: rankthecourt@gmail.com

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or maintaining the integrity of historical competition records.

Where appropriate, retained historical information may be anonymized rather than associated with an active user profile.

Rank The Court is currently intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts during the current pilot.

If we learn that an ineligible minor has created an account, we may remove the account.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, protect the rights or safety of users or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect Rank The Court and its services.

Rank The Court does not sell users' personal information for money.

If our data practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Rank The Court develops.

The current effective date and version will be displayed on this page.

If a material update requires renewed user consent, Rank The Court may require users to accept the new version.
