Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or maintaining the integrity of historical competition records.
Where appropriate, retained historical information may be anonymized rather than associated with an active user profile.
Rank The Court is currently intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts during the current pilot.
If we learn that an ineligible minor has created an account, we may remove the account.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, protect the rights or safety of users or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect Rank The Court and its services.
Rank The Court does not sell users' personal information for money.
